New word: Seagull (verb)

Suggested by a reader of Svenska Dagbladets "lexicala luckor":

Fiskmåsa - komma in på ett möte, skrika, sprida massa papper och sedan snabbt dra.

Seagull (verb): To enter a meeting, yell, spread a lot of papers and then quickly leave.

Anyone else who recognize that behavior?

/O.K.

HAHA! That is so funny! Sea-gulling... Usually they don't really yell though, only talk loud, don't listen to anybody, and are pompous self-important persons that don't need others opinions or advice. It is a perfect word!
