Labels: Bella

Bought this bag of coffee beans based on its nice label alone. If it has a scooter on it and is called 'Bella' it can' t be bad, right? Luckily, Johan & Nyström seem to know their stuff. First run with the newly repaired grinder 5:45 this morning went ok, the double espresso was nice. It will take a while to get the grinder adjusted, there is a limit to how much coffee I can consume each day...

OK, that's it. Come here and fix our espresso maker, please, please, please with sugar on top!

PS. Label is great!

Your espresso maker is wired up I think, the only thing that has to be done before it works again is a reduction in size of about a mm of the bottom plate. Speak to your (very) local milling machine operator.

I think it is time to adjust the grinder for the fifth time today now. :)

So that means that you have had 4 espressos so far? Feeling a bit wired up yet?

Sitting here with my fifth. Four doubles and one single. Wired like Jeff Beck... It's a tough job but someone has to do it, hehe.

Hilarious!

OK, does this mean the wiring is repaired on this? I can't remember if you did that. I just have to fix the bottom?

What kind of grinder do you have?

I think so, but can't remember for sure. The grinder is a Kenwood CG400, nothing fancy but better than the rotating knife-kind. I ended up with the finest setting, which gives extraction times around 22 seconds.

Now I'm sitting here with todays first latte, or "Gruel de Bourgeois"/"Borgarvälling" as I call it. ;)
