From the disclaimer for the latest iTunes update (7.3):
"You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons."
Really? Dang, I was just about to... ;)
When did you last read the full text of a disclaimer? Or do you do as almost everyone else and just click "agree"?

Well, I know someone (=O.K.) that reads these things for fun! I just bought a book about stupid warning labels on consumer items - examples will be posted shortly.
