I have had tongue at least twice in my life. Once when I was quite young, in Sweden, probably at my grandma's house, and I think it was canned with jelly around it. I didn't like it. The second time was more recently, in Uzbekistan. There was this fancy dinner, really, really nice, with lots of different dishes. First they serve coldcut meat with lots of amazing fresh vegetables, and I took a piece of meat before I realized that the kind I took was tongue. I ate it, it wasn't bad, and the only reason that I could tell it was tongue was the texture on its upper part. Yes, you can tell it is the upper part of the tongue! Maybe that is why I don't like it, all those little papillae tasting you back. Or maybe we are more comfortable with meat parts that have not been inside a cow mouth?
Hi there, it´s funny, but not so funny to have to scroll down so much. Could you make your laugh a little shorter, maybe?
Scroll down? Must look different on your computer, on mine the laugh is only one line. LA, don't laugh so much! :P
"Mmmm, tastes like chicken" ;)
I had to scroll down 1½ page at work today, not so funny. Here at home it´s single line. I don´t know what is the difference.
Well, I'll talk to the perpetrator about some blog manners :)
Sorry I was just high on sugar
