Comments in pop-up windows?

I changed the settings so the comments come up in their own little pop-up window - let me know if you like this better or if we should go back to the regular way. Click on some comments and you will see what I mean.

I prefer the non-popup way, mainly because of the inconsistent way pop-ups are handled by different browsers.
