Great "Development Opportunity" about 2 blocks from the Amada restaurant, on the same street. Philadelphia is a study in contrasts. How much do you think they are asking for the building? A couple of million dollars?

"Location is everything." I've seen those houses in Philly too, run-down brick buildings in the shade of the skyscrapers. The owners don't seem to be in a hurry to sell.
And with the current economy in the us the owners will probably wait another couple of years...
Makes me think of all the history of those buildings, as in the sixth sense. Not looking to buy any time soon, but there are so many possibilities! You could have a Wayne's World style loft!
Yes, imagine all the babies and old people, love and fights, all the cooking and all the cleaning... and now it just stands there all alone and dead. Historiens vingslag har forsvunnit...
I never saw Wayne's World, but a lof would be nice. Especially a loft in the countryside!
