This is a delicious stamp for crawfish lovers. How is the American crawfish? Or is it mostly oysters in your house?

or is it crayfish, my dictonairy gave me two possibilities?
I think both crawfish and crayfish is OK, but in this house we call it crawfisk. :) Some people call them crawdaddies or something like that.
If we want crawfish we have to go to IKEA and buy cheap frozen ones from China or Turkey. Maybe we can buy real good ones from Louisiana and have them shipped here, but that would cost a lot. I love crawfish, but mostly if eaten in Sweden outside in August during a full moon and with funny hats on. It is not the same thing here in the US...
