A snapshot of the Chili harvest at 333 DZ road. The yellow ones are Habanero mustard, the long red ones are Super Chilli, the small ones are Thai and someting more. Big ones are just sweet peppers. LS or PP, correct if I´m wrong about the names. Do you still harvest?

Actually,
the green ones are New Mexico green chiles, either Sandia or Joe Parker, and the long red ones are Cayenne, I was wrong about the name. Tomorrow we will have to harvest the last ones since the frost might be coming soon. We have lots of dried chilies to share this winter after the best chili harvest we have ever had. PP's idea of no shade and lots of sun worked wonders.
The first frost was tonight, and I hope our peppers didn't freeze too bad. I will bring in the last ones and see if they can ripe inside. We have about 50 unripe habaneros! One is enough for one bottle of habanero oil. Maybe we have to send more to O.K. so he can snack on them, one cubic mm at the time :)
He came by this saturday and collected a bottle. He also had grilled habanero, as well as I, for dinner, together with a lot of good food like meat stew, grilled peppers (sweet) saffronsauce-shrimps and rice. And a salad of course.
