For PP - 8 years!

How come this engine doesn't tip over front or backwise?

But, but, that NYC one has 8 on each side! So isn't that 0-16-0?

NO, that is not how the Whyte classification system works. When there are another set of cylinders then it counts a another drive wheel set.
