I already miss summer and it is 7 months to june... I do like Christmas and late spring too, but this in between with black trees and mud, can't we just bypass that? :)

this is my fave time of year...I can wait for June and its hot humid weather
I don't want the heat, I want the flowers! :)
I do like winter too, I just don't like the dark and wet and cold.
You need some good Parisian silk flowers, LS, to tide you through the winter. I say that, because the ones in our apartment fooled an admiring plant taxonomist. A dinner guest, not my wife.
The wood floors are good too, I spent two days ogling the marvelous grain, until Cindy noted the lovely pattern was also over by the fridge and that the floor was really linoleum.
The Parisians seem quite adept at fooling people. Tomorrow I'm going to go poke the Mona Lisa just to see if it's real (I'm sure that will work out well).
