We are dehydrating tomatoes right now! I was planning to write to you (and/or read your blog) for some ideas for what to do with our giant box of farmers market tomatoes, but after canning salsa and eating lots of BLTs we decided to dehydrate the rest. They all JUST fit on every tray of the dehydrator.
