OK snapshot: Innovative Swedish cuisine
Or, as OK says "Plain old falukorv", but with basil and mozzarella, a brand new combination. Falukorv is the traditional Swedish sausage, named after the city of Falun. Snapshot by OK. I wonder how it tasted like...
Sausage is God's most perfect processed forcemeat stuffed inside of an animal intestine.
ReplyDeleteAlways happy and hungry to learn of the sausages of the world. Good work. And I must say that particular preparation looks quite tasty.
