Smart thing for egg lovers
We saw this in an antique store. It is an egg holder for boiling perfect 3-minute eggs, in and out of the boiling water. Cute, isn't it?
Silly, this works for hard-boiling too! I like both kinds, but I don't like when they have boiled for so long that the egg yolk is green on the outside and all dry inside, like crumbly flour.

Smart, but I prefer my eggs like Sam Spade: hard-boiled. "Egg Noir"... ;)
